Project Description
We TRAIN?Surf & Skate Training, this section of my website I will present you exercises, workouts or habits that help me to prepare myself for the efforts that Skateboarding or Surfing require. They will not be training routines, nor boards, I will simply tell you which are the points that I work on in order to keep growing as an athlete and the ones that make me have that extra strength that I need in some occasions.
Sometimes it will simply be exercises that you can do yourself and other times it will be habits that a physical trainer will be the one to help you get there to avoid any type of injury or poor execution being counterproductive for you!!!!.
I will tell you everything I do to be able to and how I give importance to each exercise for that particular trick… that I am not getting to do iT!!!!!
